    Is it a new hotel?
We waited 1hr for the room. Breakfast is terrible, by 8:45am, nothing left. The room is full of water leaks. It looks like a very old hotel

The place is great, unfortunately, it is still lacking in terms of service. We were there at around 1pm but we were able to check in past 2pm already. Approached the bar for the welcome drinks, waiter not so approachable. During check out, we waited for 40 minutes because we were told that they will just inform us as it might take some time since other customers also checked out at the same time. After 40 minutes, with no one approaching us and seeing that there are no more customers except us, I went to the front desk to ask if we're cleared already. She looked stunned and asked if we consumed anything. I was about to ask if she forgot that we exist but decided not to. Wanted to come back because of the excellent view, room (except the small shower area) and pool; here's hoping that they can improve their service (in fairness, their security personnel, porters/concierge and especially the staff at Twin Lakes Cafe were very friendly and accommodating.

Better and soon to be best
Everything was very good except that the water heater is not working. The place is not yet 100% done some parts of the hotel is still constructing. If you want to relax and enjoy a cool weather, this is one of the perfect place! It has a free shuttle service going to the Twin Lakes restaurants near the hotel which is a plus since parking is hard in that area. Will definitely go back :)

    Amazing View of Taal Volcano
Overall it was a good accommodation. Reservation system needs work; reservationist Sarah is not very friendly and lacks cheerfulness. No landline number why? Hotel Staff needs more training. Lobby lounge is boring.. maybe a pianist or acoustic music would help. Front desk/reception area is small and no appeal at all. For a castle-like hotel that exudes elegance, you are greeted at the valet by employees wearing unimpressive attire. Staff uniform consisting of polo shirts is too casual looking and informal like the ones you’ll find in a cheap beach resort. Breakfast buffet is a small spread and the food honestly is not very tasty; for instance, bland corned beef. Room is very good. Bed is comfortable. No bathrobes or slippers or laundry bags or ironing board/flat iron. There are coffee cups but no saucers. Only one chair in the balcony. No fitness center and spa. Heated infinity pool is very impressive! And the shuttle service to Twin Lakes shopping center is awesome! Thank you!

    Pleasant Experience
It was a pleasant experience in staying in Twin Lakes. However, the hotel is not yet fully completed, so expect to hear loud noises coming from people who are still working to complete the construction of the hotel, and this I find very disturbing since I have a 7 months old baby who has a very sensitive ear with noises. You would also smell of the newly paint on some part of the Hotel. But overall it was a nice experience because of the comfort of the Bed, view, food and the pool!
