The property requires a lot of work and management training. Host should be friendly and welcoming not the case we were glared at upon entry. Nobody showed us the rooms. We looked for them na found them unsecured locks are wobbly, trash unemptied, holes in the towels, sheets very old. Premises smelly with dog poop and trash in the back. Rooms did not feel secure. Image that this is a beachfront property is misleading. It’s a rendering and should be removed. There is No beach access. We secured our next accommodations and left the premises. Sadly I cannot recommend this place to anyone as I don’t even feel safe sleeping here.

Dont expect to much.. expectation vs. Reality kasi tlga cya mabuti nalang mababaet mga staff.. nagcheck in kmi at ang sbi last dec. 23 pa napalitan ung tubig ng pool kya iba naden ang kulay at ung isang pool sira ang filter..pricey pa ang food..

Cash is needed to pay for consumed food, whereas credit card is accepted for booking/reservation. Place is still under construction and waters in the showers are not flowing as it should be, even if waters in the faucets have sufficient pressure
