'Greenview' is an architecturally designed property that sleeps families and groups with it's flexible layout and magnificent inclusions.

A fabulous, solar passive architect designed and master built home set on over an 1/2 acre in a prestigious area of the Southern Highlands, surrounded by wedding venues, wineries, golf courses and within 3 minutes drive to the main town centre of Bowral.

The property overlooks the Peppers 'Graigieburn" golf course affording it stunning views from every window.

Centennial Vineyards, Bendooley Estate, Gibraltar Hotel and Country Club all only a few minutes away.

The main house with 9 double bedrooms and several large entertaining spaces in and around the home, can very comfortably accommodate up to 24 people, ( additional single beds can be added to your booking and made available on request) making it ideal for wedding parties, families and groups of friends wanting a break.


The property has a brilliant open plan chefs kitchen with a large fridge, top of the range appliances including a state of the art cappuccino machine.

When you book our minimum booking for 12 guests we will open up 6 king and queen rooms for you, as you add more guests we will open up more rooms up to 9 rooms for 18 guests, after that we can add up to 6 single beds making a booking for 24 possible.

The kitchen is well equipped for those of you wishing to cook up a storm or perfect for professional catering, making Greenview perfect for wedding accommodation, family reunions, small corporate teams, or a Christmas in July weekend.

There are numerous areas including, a north facing indoor/ outdoor area with trestle tables seating up to 24+ people. The generous size of the grounds, together with the established trees, courtyards and terraces provide numerous areas for outdoor entertaining.

The property also has a huge laundry with Miele appliances and loads of hanging space (ideal for bridesmaids and groomsmens suits etc.)

Once a tourist region popular for its picturesque rural landscape and quaint historic villages untouched by the hand of time, in recent years the Southern Highlands has been able to add to its list of attractions with the region now recognised as an emerging food and wine and wedding destination.

Today the range of activities on offer for visitors to the Southern Highlands includes:

national parks
action and adventure pursuits

And almost all these are only a short drive from the property.

When you book our minimum booking of 12 guests, 6 king and queen rooms will be opened up for you, if you add more guests we will add more rooms up to 9 king and queen rooms after that we can add up to 6 single beds making a booking for 24 guests possible.

Greenview has a no party policy and we recommend all travellers take out travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances and covid 19 restrictions and lockdowns. Greenview has a no pets policy.
