Its very difficult to communicate . Its hard to make a request or to communicate in english the front desk . But the hotel is clean the food don't recommend . Rooms are to tiny only one pillow oer head .

The hotel is very close to Akabane Train Station on JR line (NOT Akabane-Iwabuchi Subway Station!), make sure to book at the correct location. The JR line is not part of the Metro System, so the Metro Pass does't work here. You can walk to the above mentioned Akabane-Iwabuchi Subway Station if you want to be on a Subway system (800-900m, ~15 minutes walk). The top floors are pleasantly quiet despite of the proximity of the rail line. The rooms and their bathroom are small, but I guess it's usual in Japan. Staff is very nice and helpful with English abilities. There are good selection of eateries in walking distance from the hotel. There are three small shopping malls in the vicinity. You won't find Hibiki Whiskey in any of them. ;-) Pleasant hotel. Recommended.

It was unbelievable that they didn’t have coffee available for breakfast. The reason I bought breakfast was that I didn’t have to go buy coffee outside. They just put a sign “out of order “. They could go buy coffee beans near by. So disappointing. Can’t be acceptable .
