cuando llegamos la anfitriona nunca aparecio ni contestó los teléfonos, en una carnicería al lado nos dieron su teléfono y se limitó a decirnos que la habitación no estaba disponible. El logar horrible nada de higiene ni seguridad y me quede en Bari sin hospedaje ni habitaciones disponibles. Fue realmente una pesadilla

esperienza molto negativa
ogni esperienza di viaggio è sempre personale e non deve essere considerata in termini assoluti, ma la mia è stata quanto mai negativa: dopo avere confermato, come richiesto, l'arrivo alla struttura entro le 22, (aggiungendo che avrei telefonato in caso di ritardo del volo) sono arrivato in anticipo alle 21,55; al campanello non rispondeva nessuno, e il telefono della proprietaria era staccato. Ho suonato più volte e ho anche disturbato un vicino che mi ha detto che, anche a lui, al telefono rispondeva la segreteria. Il posto a quell'ora è molto deserto e buio e dopo oltre 20 minuti di attesa sono andato in un albergo lì vicino. Nel frattempo aggiungo che, a differenza di quanto mi avrebbe detto il giorno dopo la proprietaria, alle 22,17 (come comprovabile) era arrivato un messaggio dalla signora nel quale si diceva arrivo tra poco (ma era tardi perchè avevo già prenotato l'albergo e poi si era anche scaricato il telefono). La delusione, umana prima ancora che "commerciale" è stata vedermi l'addebito la mattina dopo sulla carta. Dunque a me è andata molto male perchè mi pare ovvio che la responsabile di una struttura ricettiva deve essere sul posto all'ora concordata o, perlomeno, lasciare acceso il telefono in caso di problemi.
