The condo is cool with a great view of the gulf but it's seen better days. Many many things in need of repair. Toilet was running non-stop when we got there which seems odd someone didn't notice before. After a day and two service calls it was basically fixed. Dryer didn't work and we were under the impression a part was on back order. Made laundry a challenge. Other issues - broken shades, moldy looking vents, patio doors that didn't fully close, pigeon nest on the patio, broken tiles, dirty carpet, uncomfortable bed and pillows, lack of some needed kitchen utensils and cookware, low def cable TV in 2021? On the positive side the hot tub was great other than one night where it was a bit cold. Pools seemed nice and clean as well. One warning though, the pool areas are closed on Monday's until 1:00 PM. Parking was convenient and secure. Overall, it was just ok but a long overdue renovation would turn this place into a gem.

The inside was clean and neatly organized, amendments was provided but however i never got notified before hand or during that their was construction right outside the condominium and that id be woken up every morning by hammers and a sky lift

I've provided positive feedback, but want to send a repair list to the owners - pictures attached. 1. ELECTRICAL OUTLET NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED 2. TRASH BAG FOUND, LEFT OF DIRTY CLOTHES IN THE BEDROOM CLOSET 3. BEDPOST PIECE FALLING OFF 4. CURTAIN ROD KEPT FALLING OFF WHEN GOING THROUGH DOOR TO PATIO 5. RED DRIED (FOOD) STAIN ON DOOR FRAME TO PATIO 6. TOILET SEAT IS BROKEN AND SLID EVERY TIME SOMEONE SAT ON IT 7. PROPERTY DUMPSTER WAS OVERFLOWING 8. ICE MAKER ON FRIDGE DOES NOT PROVIDE ICE
