Can not fault anything about the rooms or facilities. The only negative is the "priveledge" status that you can upgrade to. It is creating a class system that is awkward. The buffet is good but lack meats. The reataurants are terrible. Both the Italian and Japanese restaurants served precooked food (evidently days old) and even the garnish on the plates were days old. (Never seen dry sliced cucumber before eating here) The Japanese restaurant had no atmosphere and wasnt entertaining. The food was undercooked and unedible. Would love to stay here again but they must improve the food.

Great evening entertainment and hotel has cool spaces. Rooms weren’t cleaned at all apart from new bedding. They give you nice shampoo and conditioner on your first day and then give you cheap stuff thereafter. Pools are too cold to swim in. Service is poor at the pool bar in the day and it’s not great during breakfast / dinner service.
