I liked the fact that it had keyless entry. Our housekeeper was awesome and actually let us check in early. She didnt speak english and we spoke terrible Spanish, but she tried hard to communicate with us and did us a huge favor to let us in early; our backpacks were very heavy and we would have had to carry them around for 5 more hours! The place was clean and tidy. The bed and pillow were a little hard, but it was a nice room for a good price. Good neighborhood, very quiet and close to the metro station and bus stop. Overall good experience. I would stay there again.

Si están de pasada por la ciudad y escogen este lugar, prepárense para la posibilidad de subir sus maletas hasta el tercer piso por las escaleras uds mismos, sin la posibilidad de pedir ayuda a alguien, pues en el lugar no hay nadie que pueda atender sus requerimientos, ni un lugar en planta baja para guardar equipaje, además ellos no se hacen responsables por nada. El peor lugar en el que he estado. Tenia 3 maletas con sobre peso y lo escogí por estar cerca del aeropuerto pues por el horario de mi vuelo no pude dejar las cosas en un locker en la terminal, cuando llegue me encontré con esa sorpresa y con el pésimo servicio del personal, que además solo atiende llamadas, si no tienes roaming estás frito, no sabrás que hacer. Tuve que dejar el lugar sin opción a devolución del dinero.

Not my cup of tea. My mistake though, I assumed everywhere in Madrid offering accommodation to tourists would have air conditioning especially in the summer month of August. The fan made ZERO difference. It was a burning furnace. Did not sleep at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone especially in the summer. It just wasn't heap enough for the heat, shared toilet and bathroom. Thankfully, I only booked one night. Next day I checked into Hotel Zenit Conde Organz for only €7 more than I paid to stay in this place. Zenit is a 4 star hotel with AC, TV, high speed internet and your own toilet and shower.

This was perfect for what I needed. Online check in, then a code emailed with the directions for getting into the place made it quick and easy. The room was nice and they provided a fan and earplugs and towels. The bathroom was clean even though there were 5 rooms sharing it I think.

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. The gates to enter the building are secure. Cameras are present in each hallway.

Near metro station, friendly stuff, only the sound isolation is can be better.

Nada recomendable, con un calor horrible sin aire acondicionado y ventilador que no funciona, nadie atendió el teléfono en repetidas veces que llamamos y diferente horario, Justo para no volver.

No tiene aire, mucha calor, el ventilador no funcionaba, nadie atiende al teléfono de atención al cliente. Horrible

La habitación está muy bien y la cama muy cómoda. Lo peor el ruido, se escucha todo y la de la limpieza hacia un ruido excesivo. Por otro lado la persiana estaba rota y no se podía bajar. La Línea de metro estaba cerrada hasta dentro de unos meses

No se puede valorar la limpieza porque solo limpiaron la habitación a la llegada. Los otros días no la limpiaron. El baño, al ser compartido depende de la gente que toque cada día. En mi casa iba a días. Unos estaba limpios y otros regulares... El personal tampoco se puede valorar, porque lo hay personal.
