We were three families traveling. Each one of us checked in separately on the same day-all with same results. It took more than one hour between the time we got there, and the time it took the completely untrained person to give us our keys.
She had zero knowledge
Of English. When I buy from Expedia, I fully expect basic working English. The lady didn’t know how to run the credit card machine, had no idea that we had already requested for parking. The person who was our contact for the property is probably in another city. I had to call her 3 times while I waited at building security.
In the end, I just decided to find my own parking, and asked the lady to just leave us alone. Spending more than hour with her was not really part of our itinerary.
The location of the apartments was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. But the extreme hassle with check in wasted a lot of our time causing us to missing some attractions.
Stay away.
