This motel is clean and seems up to date but when I got in my room, I could see an empty lotion bottle on the floor by the bathroom and a used bar of soap in the little plastic tray where they usually put the complimentary items. There weren't any new items. Kind of a red flag as to whether the room had been thoroughly cleaned

The hotel is fine but it feels a bit dark and dingy. The first room we were given had multiple hairs in the bathtub, dried coffee splashes in the sink, and a window shade wide open facing a giant dump truck just outside the window. It wasn't the best impression and with the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, we asked for another room. It just seemed like the cleaning process hadn't been completed. They gave us a different room and, like I said, it was fine, but nothing I'd want to stay in for more than one night, and I'd probably check out other hotels in the area next time.

Room was beautiful. Customer Service was great. My only complaint was the firmness of the bed. It was way too hard and made my back sore. The pillows reminded me of uncomfortable hospital pillows. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
