The room in the residence was nice and comfy but it wasn't very clean, and the furniture had some dust on it. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood that you can reach in a brief walk. The staff is very nice.

This place has no air condition. I couldn't sleep at night due to the intensity of the heat at night. I had to soak my body in cold water two or three times at night just to attempt to get a little sleep. But, even doing that wasn't too helpful because the heat was truly overwhelming. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel has great location, however there is no AC, our room didnt had towels when we checked in and there was no hot water during 2 days. There is practically no staff, just a security guy at night and you can hear what is happening in almost all the rooms because the building is old and everyone keep the windows open.

Even though after our fifth day at the property we advised water was not hot enough after 7:00 pm, nothing happened until 2 days later when they finally called a technician to check the boiler. As a result, the boiler was down during the last two days of our stay (9 nights) while repairs were going on at the boiler. Further, after complaining to the Manager over the phone (she never showed up), she said that she was terribly sorry but as as the stay was prepaid, she could not do any reimbursement!!! I'm a frequent traveller for some decades already. If the above is not the most preposterous excuse I ever received, it for sure on my top 3. Very bad deal booking on Expedia and paying in advance. I'm very disappointed with Expedia and the hotel customer service.

Habitaciones viejas, sin mantenimiento

El hotel tiene escaleras para ingresar y nadie te ayuda con las maletas. La habitación estaba super vieja, el piso de madera sonaba fuerte al caminar, tenía un clavo levantado cerca al baño que no arreglaban. La silla del escritorio, estaba muy degastada, donde reposa la espalda estaba roto entonces uno se caía. Una mañana me tuve que bañar con agua helada. El desayuno super básico, todo lleno de azúcar, el cheff solo me ofreció orden de huevos el primer día de 8. Presenté mi reclamo y me escribieron por WhatsApp, dicinedo cosas que no eran ciertas como que pedí que nadie ingrese a mi habitación cuando siempre limpiaban, que el desayuno es una cortesía que no debía esperar mucho Por el precio creo que se pueden encontrar mejores opciones.
