The hotel itself was great, staff lovely and helpful. The unfortunate part was that my room was next to the Wailoaloa Beach Club, and their music was very loud late into the night which made sleep almost impossible.... for someone that had to work the next day. My trip to Fiji was business related.

This place is new and staff are getting use to it. But its a perfect place to stay. Loved our stay .staff are welcoming and friendly. Just be careful of outsiders who sell coconut by outdoor dinning area they are actually selling drugs. We got asked if we wanted some for a young coconut seller. Inside its safe.

The hotel is quite new, and the location is amazing with cooling on-shore breezes and breathtaking sunsets. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine although, I felt, slightly overpriced for the amenities provided. For those who are older like myself, the shower floor becomes quite slippery. The bed was so very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with a reasonably wide selection. Other than breakfast I found the food quality to be poor to ordinary. I did eat at a few other places and found the food to be of similar quality.

Quick layover

I stayed here for an overnight layover and the staff was so sweet and all smiles! They brought me a cold towel and a welcome drink during the check in process. The room was more than comfortable. The only thing was the bathroom had an add smell I can’t really describe, and the card slot to turn on the electricity in the room seemed faulty, it kept turning on and off until I put another card in there(so two cards in the slot). These are super minor things and my stay was great and comfortable.

Staff were just beautiful, great location on the beach, their restaurant is good. It’s potentially a bit of a party area? Dining inside was beautiful but if you want to go outside you have to ask the staff each time to turn the music down, it’s so loud you have to yell to hear each other. Personally we were looking more for a relax vibe so we found other places to eat and drink in the afternoons. Other than that one thing, it’s a beautiful place to stay and you really can’t overstate how lovely the staff are.

I had the worst sleep ever in a hotel at this place. It was a Friday night so you expect a bit of noise. But it seemed like every time someone in the building moves a chair or shuts a door, there’s a loud noise. Also there were men, I think neighbours to the hotel, talking loudly in Fijian until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault but if you have trouble sleeping through noise be careful about this hotel.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait a few hours to have a room ready. This was an inconvenience due to it already being 8 pm and coming in off of a long flight. However, the service offered once the room was situated was stellar. The staff was more than accommodating and pleasant/helpful the entire trip. Will definitely stay here next time in Fiji.
