What made me happy was that the hotel is in the heart of downtown, so everything I needed was around: the museum, cafés, restaurants, and even the metro station nearby. The entrance looked very ordinary from outside, but once you go up, it’s a whole different, organized setting. The internet worked well, and the staff were very helpful. Truly an experience worth repeating.

I was mislead by Expedia! On your website it says the rating of the place is excellent! When I went with my children and wife after a lot of difficulty to get to the place, I was shocked by the area around the place and by the building and breakfast area. Really dirty and misleading. كنت محتاج أرتب يوم سريع للمتحف وسوق قديم، ولما سألت الريسيبشن، نظموا الرحلة في أقل من ساعة. العربية كانت مكيفة ونظيفة، والسواق فاهم شغله كويس. رجعت آخر اليوم مرهق، ولقيت الغرفة مترتبة والبطانية مطبقة بشكل أنيق على طرف السرير. حركة بسيطة، بس فرقت معايا جدًا.
