The room and staff were fine but there were surprise charges for parking and breakfast. The location is great as it's right on the beach front with easy access to shops and the sea.

Value for money

For a budget stay it was good, the beds comfortable and clean, and the shower worked. Enjoyable continental breakfast. In a good spot opposite the beach.

Great location

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property unfortunately needs some TLC, especially for the price of it. Curtains didn't cover the windows properly so very light in the room at night. Perhaps some pads on the fire doors in the corridor so you don't hear them banging during the night when people walk through. A lovely location on the sea front and was great to have onsite parking.

Lovely stay as a last minute booking ! Ideally situated fir us very clean and friendly staff. Just a shame restaurant and bar were shut, but did offer full breakfast . Restaurant just a 200yds up the road so ideal

Excellent well-run hotel in splendid location

Very friendly staff, excellent welcome, didn't have meals but that was by choice. The hotel offers breakfast and dining area is very well laid out and spotless. Had superior room with fabulous view over beach and seafront. Room was well decorated and clean. Plenty of hot water, tea and coffee in room. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very courteous.

Parking has at a charge and has a blue cone to reserve space. Which works if someone had not collected them in to a pile. Wall and ceiling crack and peeling. Windows let in a draft too.

Fantastic Stay . Right on the front convinient for town. Lovely clean modern room. Huge shower , clean bedding and towels. Bathroom shower gel etc included. The staff at the hotel were fantastic but the room it’s self was not clean toilet and shower dirty room not as described we paid for a sea view and got a back wall overall unhappy with hotel but I must emphasise the staff were fantastic

Good location … poor facilities.

Advertised as having air conditioning but this was not the case. No fan in room but was provided when asked. Bed was very comfortable but room was small with only 1 bedside table. Nowhere to hang jackets etc. Dust and cobwebs in room. Shower was pathetic, hardly any water or pressure. Location was good. Offered breakfast for £12 but no restaurant for dinner.

The TV would not work properly, the shower would not heat up, the base of the bed was longer than the mattress, so kept walking into it which hurt legs. Had to park on the street, and regarding breakfast we were of the opinion it was included but if wanted had to pay, so we declined, left the hotel early next morning. WOULD NOT recommend this Hotel
