Amazing
Place is clean staff is amazing I really love staying here when I’m in town for work!! The price is lower then any of the other “high class” casinos in the area but with cleaner rooms better staff and all around atmosphere with none of those hidden resort fees Love the place I’m always sad when I have to leave for work on short notice and they are all booked up

Always My First Choice
As always, a pleasant experience. Elevators have been redone recently. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. Casino is small and no table games. Also, not enough seats at the bars. Regardless, always my first choice when visiting the Reno/Sparks area.

Where do I start check in was very easy found our room very easy like two feet away from the elevator so we didn’t have to hassle bringing our items up once we got settled in our room it was very clean had coffee set up right when you walk in the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were clean no smell had excellent water pressure and hot water

Overall a good place to rest your head
Overall a good place to rest your head. The room was very spacious and clean. It was pretty cold outside and the room and beds were also cold, but heated fast when we adjusted the heat. A continental breakfast would be nice as most hotels offer it, but maybe that's a way of keeping costs low.

Affordable Room
Pros: -Staff was friendly and check-in process was prompt. -Room was spacious and comfortable. -Price was affordable and did not include a resort fee (although there was a tourism fee) Cons: -When I first opened the door to the room, there was a strong chemical smell, but after turning on the AC and opening the window, the smell disappated within 15 minutes with only the faintest of the smell that still lingered. -There are some questionable people that loiter the property in the evening so I was anxious something would happen to my car when I would leave it for the night (thaknfully, nothing did). -Parking lot is a bit cramped and I drive an SUV so backign out took a couple of tries as to not hit any other vehicles and vice versa.
