Although the hotel is 4 months old they didn’t miss a step or mark! The comfort level was excellent the customer service at the front desk. Excellent everything was so perfect. Even the price. My boyfriend was so impressed he wanted to live there. The shower felt like you were showering and a waterfall. Recommended. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back.

Terrible check in experience. Bob didn't seem to care at all and clearly just wanted to leave his shift. After 30 minutes of him failing to check me in he suggested I book online instead. I did that and when I went back to the desk he continued to be rude. I emailed the district manager, Tracy Temple, and never heard back. I will not be staying here or any other Home 2 properties again.

Rooms are extremely spacious and neat. Kitchen area stocked with essentials. Lounge area has lots of seating and is an inviting space, lots of USB ports and work areas. This is a great place to stay with lots of conveniences.

Everything was good. The hotel was not that busy while we were there so it was really nice, quiet. Cute doggy water station was fresh every time we passed by it and the treat container fully stocked! Will always choose Home2Suites whenever I can, where ever i go!

The room was clean, big with lots of storage, big fridge and Netflix🙌. Great for a traveling family of 5. Only critique is the beds were not even or firm; I have a bad back, so rarely do I find a good one. However, the sheets were atypically very nice. Would definitely stay again. Ebony at the front dedk was super nice too!

Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion.

Disappointed & Frustrated

This entire experience w hotels.com and Hilton has been a financial nightmare. My card was double charged, once for $406 from hotels.com and then again from Hilton for another $453 (instead of being paid for by the booking site). This was for a 2 night stay which now costed me $900 instead of the $350 it should have been. This happened because when I checked in, the front desk lady told me I had to put a card on file for incidentals (standard) and that there is a $100 hold but said it looked like that was already paid for (explaining why the original total was so high) It was not included and was charged to my card along with another $351 for the room, instead of coming from the booking site that i already paid. When i called hotels.com and Hilton to resolve the double charge, nobody could figure it out and didn't seem all that interested in trying to, like $500 extra was no big deal and everyone has that laying around. I got the room so my daughter and her friends could have somewhere fun to get ready for prom and so I could stay closer in case they needed me but instead I spent the whole time stressing over this. When I just called to see when the money would return to my card because it did finally get refunded, they said 3-5 business days effectively leaving me with basically no money to get through the week. To top it off, the fire alarm went off in our room (for no reason) at 6:30 am. This whole experience was a nightmare. So disappointed and frustrated.
