Very rude and nasty owner! Wasn’t worth $$$!

The one sink knob was soo rusted it wouldn’t turn so no hot warmer to wash your hands & the shower didn’t work. So I called they said they would send someone right away. No came til the next afternoon! The maintenance men ended up flooding the downstairs! Ruined my Michael kors purse and other items! Shower still wasn’t working after they left! It had roaches which I showed the maintenance men! He offer me a roach killer spray in case I seen more! Post said three beds there was only two and a couch that they put two ottomans together against the couch, held by a bedsheet and called that a bed! Every time you would move, you would fall through to the floor! They send everything not in English to your email so I had no idea what my room number was or the entry codes were etc! For some reason that room had no cell phone service unless you went outside. I had a man verbal attack me and my disabled child because he was excited about going to the pool at 4pm (wasn’t quiet time) so he was a little loud but their was a meeting In the open hallway we were walking down and it bothered him! So he got in my sons face screaming at him and then in my! I was shaking so bad I went to security personally eventho he threatened to go get them himself! Come to find out he was one of the “owner”! Smh

Horrible accommodation and poor room quality

I reached out via email to request fresh towels and linen. Was told they are not a hotel so they don't provide daily requests. Was also told we cannot request extended stay or late checkout. The cpmany does not have a phone number to speak to a live person. Beds were very uncomfortable almost like a motel style. Everything in the apartment even lights seem very old

((((VERY DETAILED PLEASE READ)))) I had room 1623 I booked with these people obviously because the prices range is good at times they go by different names like crazy…. enough with that This room had plenty of roaches that sleeps with you and eat and shower and whatever else you’re doing communication sucks with them to had soft spots in the ceilings the restroom sink it sucks brushing my teeth smells like straight eggs & poop the water gets turned off here with no notice check out at 10 everyone making a lot of noise including worker around you waking you up on purpose it’s a lot more to say but you will experience the rest…. Very itchy daily since I was in this room

To be honest. Arrived 2:45 pm My checking time supost by 3pm The peple from the lobby was rude and said you need to wait until 3pm. After that takes 35min to me on the room. Because they don't have my confirmation on gthe system. I need to call few times until someone responded. Definitely I don't recommend this place .

The security owners and valet are the nicest staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. Out of the 5 months we’ve stayed so far we haven’t had any issues with this company nor the condo itself. Very happy with our stays.

Had a miserable one day stay out of 3 nights. We had to book another hotel cuz we couldn’t stay there. Call owners and they didn’t do anything except hang up on my call before I finish the call. Stay is not sane as it’s shown on the pictures if only I would be able to upload those pictures I would do it here. Disappointed please chose somewhere else to stay but not this place .

They didn’t clean the room told us they charge for it didn’t give us fresh towels or wash rags when we ask so we we had wash our clothes buy a laundry card put money on it the coin and money machine had to buy detergent the exfra 3rd bed thr wood boards under was broke the hot tub was out order the codes we got none of it work for the gym the restaurant service was so slow they charged us to hold our bags till room was ready only good thing about the place was the pool and stores inside and the elevator service didn’t work I got stuck in it alarms was going off had to go down 8 flights of stairs cuz we was waiting forever for them to
