Arrived to a room with a broken air conditioner. The staff said there was nothing they could do and to set it at 74, which was the lowest it could go, in the middle of Summer! There was no hot tub, it was nothing like the photos, don’t let the pictures fool you. Breakfast was dismal and staff were not friendly!

It was a $150 deposit that was never mentioned in reserving the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush and water and the sink wouldn’t go down. Ceiling look as if it was repaired with putty all over it. I overheard the breakfast lady tell a customer that asked her to refill water to use the water fountain because she was busy. I wanted water to but not out the fountain down the hall, but in the breakfast area.

The hotel is Comfortable the only bad thing is that is very outdated and needs remodeling. It has a lot of potential though and the area seemed good. The parking lot needs more light. It’s extremely dark and it feels unsafe that is so dark. The breakfast was a no but overall it was clean and enjoyable.
