It was hot in the room at first. There was trash under the beds. The shower head was unclean. The customer service rep charged me a $12 service fee because I used a 3rd party booking site. So I basically paid full price for the room. They also wouldn't give us enough towels for thw amount of people in the room. There was 3 people and we would've had to use the towels then go down stairs and switch them out

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

They charge extra at the counter if you book through a 3rd party service. The free "breakfast" was just old donuts that were rock hard as well as hot milk and stale cereal. There was no toaster, no cooler to keep anything cold. Almost forgot... There was one rotten banana if you were feeling adventurous. Don't stay here. Even if there are no other vacancies. Horrible experience.

This place is ok if you are just there for one night. But the comforter had some cigarette burns in them, walls had like some cracks, and we had a gecko in our bathroom. Staff was hardly in the front desk and random people could walk in.

Shelter during the storm

I showed up here during the winter storm mess. I stayed for four days. The manager was wonderful and really goes out of his way for his customers. We never lost power. It was a wonderful stay! Dennys was two doors down so I was well fed also. Thank you so much!!!!
