"Breakfast & room was very good. Didn’t like pets at eating facilities since I think it’s unhygienic. Didn’t like pets at hotel rooms because it’s also unhygienic. Staff was very good as well as casino. Parking was expensive. "

"Great view and our Stephanie B was excellent with housekeeping and keeping our room immaculate. The front desk ladies were excellent too and unfortunately forgot to get their names. One lady was so lovely to our 4 year old son, she went to get bandaids for him, got him blank papers, colouring books. Amazing. Also great credit to the security team, the lady who found our sons blue croc when housekeeping had mistakenly taken it with the bedsheet change. One line individual was not helpful at the front desk and it's only after we requested compensation that something was gone by the security team. Overall however everyone was lovely💛. From the pool guys to the cafe staff they made our stay amazing. "
