The family room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four, with enough space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, street food, cafés, and convenience stores just a short walk away. It made finding meals incredibly easy, whether for breakfast, lunch, or late-night snacks. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful...

The breakfast buffet can be a little chaotic because of the number of guests, but the restaurant staff handle the crowds quite well. Afternoon tea and a light supper at the Bloom and Brew cafe were very enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel, between two BTS stations and adjacent to the Royal Bangkok Sports Club is perfect."
