"I stayed at this hotel twice during my stay in Quito (once in the hotel portion and the other in the hotel section). I found the entire place to be very clean, modern, and convenient. The staff was accommodating, nice, and welcoming. The surrounding area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. I used the spa and had an amazing massage. It was too chilly for the pool, but the rooftop is great even to sit and have a drink."
"Without doubt, this is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in! It is elegant, clean, and quiet although it’s near the airport. Without exception, the staff were courteous and professional. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable and spotless. Excellent bed and linens. I highly recommend this as a sanctuary near the airport!"
