"Very nice environment and family friendly too"

"Had a pleasant 2-night stay in the studio unit. The unit was comfortable and the overall experience was good. One suggestion would be to provide two pairs of pillows instead of just one for added comfort. Overall, an enjoyable stay!"

"Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean."

"Suri from front desk was exceptional with constant follow up and assistance to address the room issues. Staff at breakfast was always alert and ready to assist."

"Nice new hotel, tasteful decor and room fittings. I found the bed a bit soft for my liking"

"Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc) Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels). Ample food options at the ground level as well."

"Amazing stay! The receptionist are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip. You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel. I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru. Thank you very much for your hospitality!"
