"The staff who did the registration when I checked in around 1pm was humble & courteous. Much later , I went down personally ard 11pm to get a bottle of water, the indian guy receptionist was v rude . There was no guest at that time for him to get agitated when I humbly request for a bottle of water. I don't think I will come back to this hotel. again . "

"Staff is nice and helpful, need to pay tourist tax. RM10/day/room. You need to drive to Aeon Tebrau, or nearby places. Lift is slow but workable since it’s level 3 the highest. Family trip"

"Strategic location ! Staffs are friendly :)"

"隅々まで掃除が行き届いていてとても快適に過ごすことができました。庭も素敵でした。また宿泊したいです。"

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great value for money. Each guest is provided with a locker to store personal belongings and slippers to wear before entering the capsule, which adds a nice touch of cleanliness and organization. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing at night, which could be improved. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shops within walking distance, many of which stay open late."

"Just so so. The only good thing is near my daughter therapy centre & cheaper rate."

"Is good to stay here, next times will book again"

"The description is misleading as the place is a distance from the hospital. Also they asked you to pass them your personal info online which is scary. "
