"Graduate was the perfect hotel for our campus visit to ASU. It’s got cool retro style, friendly staff and a convenient little restaurant. We were able to walk to campus and there is ample parking in an easy access lot for when we needed our car. Also, Graduate has a distinct “Newstalgia” fragrance in the lobby that’s smells peaceful and wonderful. We bought a candle at the desk so we could take the scent home with us."

"No fridge, but we worked that out. Inviting lobby, unique look and concept everywhere. Dingy old carpeting. Said to be under construction. Both taps in the bathroom of 229 produced hot water. No cold water available. Oddly, no cups in the room."
