"This property was pretty disappointing from start to finish. This trip was our honeymoon so it was important that it was extra special. It was a huge disappointment. The magic of photo editing was what drew us to the property originally. Also, the fact that it was a Hyatt property gave me some confidence. There was nothing good about it from the beginning the entrance, lobby, nothing was welcoming. They put us in a room that didn’t have air-conditioning working, and the coffee table was broken plus, it looked really rundown. We asked for a different room, but had to spend the night in the original room before they moved us, the second room was a much better room with a better view, but we had to walk up 100 stairs to get to it. We’re in good shape, but that gets a little old when you’re carrying all of your stuff the restaurants were mediocre at best with the exception of the steak restaurant which we went to four times during the week we were there because it was excellent and had a great staff. We rented a boat four separate times just so we could go other places so we could get away from the property. I wish I could say our honeymoon with magical we tried to make the most of it, but I feel like we need to do over after this trip. "

"Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Linus, an older gentleman. His kindness and welcoming demeanor left a positive impression on me.
When I checked in, I was informed that my room would be ready at 3 p.m. as it was not yet prepared. My room finally became available sometime after 4 p.m.
During my stay, I noticed an unusual odor coming from the shower area. Despite this, the room itself was quite pleasant.
I was surprised when the staff contacted me at 7 a.m. to introduce themselves. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe such calls can be scheduled for a later time. Considering my late arrival from the west coast, I was still experiencing sleep deprivation.
The service provided was inconsistent. When I requested that my room not be serviced, I would return to find it had been touched. Several cleaning staff members exhibited unprofessional attitudes. In contrast, the women working in the restaurants were exceptionally courteous.
The food truck located by the pool served the most delicious cuisine. Hunter Steakhouse was an exceptional dining experience.
The inclusion of Nexus for excursions was a commendable addition. The boat excursion was enjoyable and allowed me to relax. However, I must admit that I value service highly, and I encountered more negative experiences than positive ones during my stay. I decided to share my feedback here because when I checked out, I noticed many unhappy guests expressing the dissatisfaction & I felt it was enough going on."
"I got zero from the list of gold membership benefits. No free upgrade. No bottle of wine in the room. And all inclusive only applies to meals and drinks outside of the room. Room service and mini bar cost extra. Very nice place, just not what I anticipated."
